Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.If your order falls below this quantity, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to consolidate your order with other production runs.
Can l get samples?
Of course, we typically charge for samples; however, once you place an order of a certain quantity, we will refund the sample fees.
What format of the file do you need lf l want my own deslgn?
It would be best to provide the original 3D drawings, BOM sheets, or CAD diagrams. This will speed up the DFM process. Additionally, providing samples, or product photos, hand-drawn diagrams, or dimension diagrams is also acceptable, but it will take longer.
What payment terms do you accept?
Amount more than $3000, we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
How long is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, its fast delivery, can ship wintin 7days.If customzied OEM order, It takes 20-30 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
How do you ship the goods does it take to arrive?
Small order can delivery by express, for big order We usually ship by sea.
